The West Coast IPA is arguably the most popular style of beer among craft beer drinkers. It introduced drinkers to full flavoured beers and really showcased how the flavours of new world hops had been developing in the USA. This little number is a tip of the hat to the West Coast style and all it has done for craft beer the world over.
