This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Seven Mile Brewing handles the shipping of beer and merchandise purchased through our Shopify store.


1. Shipping Availability

1.1 Alcohol Orders

Alcohol can be shipped within Australia only, in compliance with NSW liquor laws. Recipients must be 18+ and may be required to show valid ID at delivery.

1.2 Merchandise Orders

Merchandise (e.g., apparel, glassware) may be shipped domestically or internationally where possible.


2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within:

  • 1–3 business days for beer
  • 1–5 business days for merchandise

During busy periods (e.g., holidays or release days), dispatch times may be extended. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.


3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using reputable carriers such as:

  • Australia Post
  • CouriersPlease
  • Aramex
  • Fastway

The carrier is selected based on location, order size, and product type.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • NSW / QLD: 2–5 business days
  • VIC / ACT: 3–7 business days
  • SA / TAS: 5–10 business days
  • WA / NT: 7–12 business days
  • International (merch only): 10–21 business days

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight and size
  • Product type (beer vs merchandise)

Free shipping or promotional rates may be offered at our discretion.


6. Age Verification on Delivery

Alcohol orders may require age verification. If the recipient cannot prove they are 18+:

  • The order may be returned to us
  • Re-delivery fees may apply
  • Refunds may be reduced by shipping and handling costs

7. Authority to Leave (ATL)

By selecting ATL (if available), you acknowledge that:

  • Alcohol may only be left unattended if legally permitted
  • Responsibility transfers to you once delivery is made
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items after delivery

8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Details

Please ensure your delivery details are correct. If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Failure to collect from a post office or depot

You may be responsible for re-delivery costs.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

Contact us within 48 hours if your order is damaged, missing items, or delivered incorrectly. Please include photos of packaging and products.
