This Refund & Returns Policy outlines your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and how Seven Mile Brewing handles refunds, returns, and exchanges.
1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for:
- Faulty or defective products
- Products not as described
- Major failures making the product unsafe or unusable
2. Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Selecting the wrong product
- Ordering the wrong size
- Incorrect quantities
3. Alcohol Returns
We cannot accept returns of alcohol unless:
- The product is faulty
- It was damaged before arrival
- The wrong item was shipped
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
4. Merchandise Returns
Returns/exchanges are accepted for merchandise that is faulty, incorrect, or not as described.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
5. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours with:
- Order number
- Photos of item and packaging
- Description of the issue
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow:
- 3–10 business days for processing
- Additional time for your bank to release funds
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless required under the ACL.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- We cover return shipping for faulty products
- Customers cover return shipping in other cases
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it ships. Once dispatched, cancellations are not available unless covered under the ACL.
